Diet Plan?
If anyone has any advice now would be the time to speak up, because I have no freaking clue how to do a successful diet. I’ve been trapped in a yoyo diet for what seems like forever now. I go to school 5 days a week and work on the weekends and have a pretty busy schedule, how should I balance school, work, a diet, and working out?!?!?!
Yeah, my username is toofat4toolong! But I like to refer to it as diet buddies! I feel that has a less negative association and feedback from the community.

Hi! The ABC diet is very extreme and could be harmful. I know I probably can’t change your mind, but losing 40lbs in 3 and a half months is alot. Your weight is healthy, and if you would like to get to a lower weight thats still in the healthy bmi range, I would calculate the amount of calories it takes to maintain your weight according to your height, weight, age, and activity level and eat 500 calories less than that. Couple that with daily exercise and fresh and healthy food choices. You may not lose 40lbs in the short term, but in the long term your body will look and feel better!
